Our mission
We expand minds and possibilities for vulnerable teens in the English-speaking Caribbean through experiential learning, mentorship, and cultural exchange. Travel is our vessel; transformation is our destination.
We create spaces for young people to think bigger, question the familiar, and build skills for a future they can envision and own.
Our story
CMETT began with a simple truth: talent and potential are everywhere; access to resources is not. Too many young people across the Caribbean face barriers that limit exposure to what’s possible. We use travel as a gateway, pairing it with mentorship and life-skills coaching, to spark curiosity, expand thinking, and help students imagine a life beyond the limitations around them. When a young person sees more, they become more.
Our Team
We’re the team behind every “aha” moment, founder, board, mentors, teachers, coaches, and partners who create the structure that makes transformation possible. We plan, adjust, and stay close long after the journey ends. Because growth doesn’t stop at the end of a trip, it continues when the student returns home and begins to lead.

Create real exposure by introducing students to new environments, ideas, and possibilities.
Open opportunities through passports, programs, and partnerships that affirm, “Yes, you can.”
Build lasting confidence through mentorship and coaching that helps courage grow week by week.

Donate to the Cause
Your gift unlocks minds, builds confidence, and connects young people to a world of possibility. You help cover the essentials: passports, travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and learning experiences, that allow a young person to say, “I didn’t just see new places; I saw myself differently.”
Give through PayPal, Stripe, or Benevity, or make your impact monthly for ongoing change.
CMETT is a 501(c)(3). Gifts may be tax-deductible where allowed by law.
